2. The Crash Report Service

If your accident type is eligible, Georgia Auto Law will cover the cost of obtaining your official Georgia crash report (typically $15) and contact you by phone to deliver it. Eligibility is determined at our discretion based on the information you submit. We make reasonable efforts to obtain and deliver reports promptly, but delivery depends on the report having been filed and made available by the relevant law-enforcement agency, and we cannot guarantee delivery timelines.

3. Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of this Site — including requesting a crash report — does not establish an attorney-client relationship with Georgia Auto Law. Communications through forms, email, or phone remain confidential but do not create an attorney-client relationship until such a relationship is explicitly formed through a formal written agreement.
